About This Map
This full color picture of the Big Island was taken by NASA. We have applied image enhancement and edited out clouds in the full island view (clouds remain in the district views as little round white balls).

  3. Continue to click on the center of the Island to zoom it up closer and closer.
  4. As you get closer more and more detail, such as airports, major roads, minor roads, zipcodes etc, will begin to appear.
  5. Use the controls at the top of the map to move the map around to various other portions of the Island.
  6. Close the window when you are finished.
