The sidebar shown here appears on all listing detail pages and a few other pages such as the loan calculator. Each one of the links will take you to a different part of the Hawaii County Real Property Tax Office. We will have preloaded the TMK number - so the links will show you information about any listing you are currently viewing. Not all of the links may find valid information. For example, if a floor plan is not available for the house, clicking on the Floor Plan link will say that no floor plan exists. Also, it is possible that some houses or properties will not be in the database at all. The following gives you an idea as to what each link provides: Map To Property This link will popup a map to the property. You can zoom in and out as well as view TMK numbers for adjacent properties. Floor Plan This link will popup a floor plan of any structures on the property. There may be multiple pages. Use the Current Record control on the right side to view other floor plans, if they exist. Parcel Data This link popups any additional parcel data on the listing. This includes things like more accurate addrsses, owners name, property type and zonning. Use the Current Record control on the right side to view additional parcel data if it exists. Sales History This will popup any known sales information about the house. This may include dates and sales amounts. Use the Current Record control on the right side to view additional sales data if it exists. Permits This link popups any known permits, their dates and amounts. Permits are usually required when building or altering on a property. The Land This will popup information about the land size. Residential This will popup any information on residential buildings on the property. The information can be quite extensive detailing the age of the building, construction and other items. Commercial If the property has any commercial structures this popup may list extensive information including construction type, heights of walls, condo information, and other details. Other Buildings This popup will show information about any additional structures that may be on the property. Values This shows assessed values placed on the land and structures. Tax Bill This popup shows the status and amount of the current yearly tax bill on the property.
