This kitchen is a dream! Featuring a gas range and unique copper sink. Copper Is naturally antibacterial and is known to be highly durable.
The newly painted primary suite is warm and inviting. To the right is the master bath with dual sinks, oversized shower, and walk in closet. The sliding glass doors taking you to your screen in lanai.
Just off the living room is the dedicated office with pocket doors for privacy. This could easily be used as a fourth bedroom.
Freshly painted, bedroom two has two entrances. One near the mudroom that houses the washer and dryer and the second entrance will take you directly to theTiki room.
The tiki room is reminiscent of Old Hawaii. A lounge area for friends and family to gather and enjoys each others company after a long day on the farm. The screen in lanai gives this space an indoor/outdoor vibe.

With over 1900 sf ft of living space, this is the ultimate recreational room. Ola Kai studio features a powder room, private office currently being used as a storage closet and the skylights ensure the room remains bright throughout the day.
The ultimate recreational room includes a regulation size pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and gym equipment.

Right off the front door of Ola Kai cottage is the family room.

There is a second entrance through the carport and up the ramp that leads you to the kitchen.
The primary bedroom has its own bathroom, no need to share with your guests.
Bedroom two has beautiful views of the orchard.
Bedroom three is quaint but comfortable.

The cacao trees are located on the lower part of the estate. They had a big pruning done August 2023, and all the trees are now producing heavily. The production is approximately 130 lbs / month in (fermented) dry beans.
On the upper portion of the property is the orchard. The owners are growing Mangosteen, Dragonfruit, Lychee, Starfruit, Longan, Mayer Lemon, Tangelo abundant, Avocado, Banana, Naval orange, Grapefruit, Kumquat, White Pineapples, Papaya & Chili pepper.
